The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg is looking for highly qualified Danish, Greek, French, Croatian and Polish language lawyer-linguists (grade AD 7). The Court of Justice is responsible for ensuring that the EU law is interpreted and applied in the same way in each Member State and that all Member States and EU institutions abide by it.

As a lawyer-linguist, you will translate complex legal texts, such as judgments of the Court of Justice and General Court, opinions of the Advocates General and written pleadings from at least two official EU languages into your main language. Working at the heart of EU justice, you will play a key role in providing legal analysis in cooperation with the Registries and other departments of the Court of Justice.
